POWER FLOW & BALANCE

This class is a blend of Power Vinyasa & Hatha styles of yoga with Michelle's signature name of Power Flow & Balance. The primary focus  is utilizing the breath for power, focus, balance & alignment. We emphasis complete mind & body presence, while stressing the importance of awareness of one’s own physical limitations.  In this class we flow in and out of yoga postures with optional leg & arm balances. Although this class attracts an intermediate-advanced practitioner. Beginners  are welcome, as we ALL need to start somewhere!

BOOTIE CAMP BARRE®

Classical Ballet sequencing fused together with that famous Bootie Camp Yoga® “burn” to make this an experience your bootie will never forget! Be prepared to start on that journey to a tight, round bootie while mastering basic ballet & yoga postures! This class is offered both on and off the barre!

The Creator takes her Martial Arts, Boot Camp Drills & Heavy Bags/Boxing experience to a more intense level while infusing Power Yoga into the mix. This combination produces an Electrifying workout for both the SERIOUS Athlete-Yoga Practitioner, and Beginner!  You will learn practical martial arts & boxing techniques in this high energy circuit style class while having FUN!  This class was created for the heavy bags, and is equally electrifying off-the-bags!
