Directions to Torrey Pines State Beach 2600 North Torrey Pines Rd, La Jolla

  • I-15 S to I-56 W

  • Exit El Camino Real/I-15 (stay in middle lane, turns into Carmel Valley Rd)

  • Stay on Carmel Valley Rd for 2 miles (you will see ocean)

  • Turn left on S. Camino del Mar (turns into Torrey Pines Rd/PCH 101)

  • You can try and find FREE parking along beach on right, otherwise go past free parking & park in SOUTH parking lot along PCH. It’s $15 Winter/$20 Summer.

  • You can also park for free anywhere along Carmel Valley Rd. & walk through lower lot to beach & hike up to meeting spot.

  • Meet at top of stairs across from bathrooms & Ranger Station @ S. parking lot & base of hiking area.

Directions to La Jolla Shores Beach 8300 Camino del Oro, La Jolla

​

  • I-15 S to I-56 W to I-5 S

  • Exit La Jolla Village Dr, take right

  • Turn left on Torrey Pines Rd

  • Take Right on La Jolla Shores Dr

  • Take left on Camino del Oro

  • Turn left when you see the beach then take a right in the parking lot

  • Meet me at the north END (towards pier) of the boardwalk on the grassy area
