TEMECULA YOGA IN THE VINES & BEACH YOGA
Enjoy practicing outdoors in beautiful Wine Country Temecula. The combination of ambiance & yoga is quite serene, as we gently flow through yoga and deep hip opening poses, while focusing on utilizing the breath for focus, and releasing stress.! Pair this experience with a mimosa or wine tasting! Each practitioner gets 50% off a tasting or a glass at Lorimar.
*Pre-registration required for ALL classes!
Be sure and bring a yoga mat, water, sunscreen & hat! For those of you who have super tight hips & hamstrings, consider bringing a beach towel that you can roll up and a yoga block!
