14 DAY CLEANSE & BOOTIE SCULPTING CHALLENGE

Anyone notice some extra Fluffyduff on the legs, bootie & mid-section from being on lock-down?  Are you feeling fatigued, low energy, dull skin, anxious or a little depressed? Me Too!

It's a proven fact that daily exercise, eating healthy foods and getting outdoors is SUPER HEALTHY for your MIND & BODY!

 

The point of this challenge is to jump start on your journey to create a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE that includes eating right and exercising daily.

 

  • Take at least 1-2 Bootie Camp Fitness™  classes a day for 14 days! The more classes you take over 14 days, the better the results! 

  • Follow me on a 7 day detox-juicing cleanse, followed by 7 days of clean eating! 

  • I will discuss the benefits of internal organ cleansing.

  • I will give you lots of tips on creating a healthy lifestyle from the inside out!

  • I will keep in touch with you as we go through this journey!

  • Last day of the Challenge (if you are local) will be held at La Jolla Shores Beach!  I can go LIVE in our FB group if you do not live in So Cal).
